Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email once it has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Qatar)
Orders within Qatar are delivered:
- Same-day, or
- Next business day (1 day)
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout. Free shipping may apply during promotional periods.
International Shipping
International shipping is available worldwide.
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier, typically 7–14 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country.
NAMOS is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Lost or Delayed Packages
NAMOS is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier.
If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
You may also contact us at info@namos.store, and we will assist where possible.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the case and provide a solution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
